Privacy and security are of the utmost importance to the Editor who strives to ensure that the technical and organisational measures in place respect your data protection rights.
By registering for the Editor’s service(s) or by filling out a contact form on this site, you agree and consent that the Editor may collect, process, store and/or use the personal data submitted in accordance with the rules set out below.
By giving your consent to the Editor, you also retain the right to rectify, the right to be forgotten and/or the right to have your personal data deleted.

Personal data is collected on our site exclusively by the Editor.
Data collected on the site
When using the Publisher’s services, the following data is collected and processed: connection data and navigation data when the visitor authorises it, possibly order history, complaints, incidents, information relating to subscriptions and correspondence on this site. Some data is collected automatically as a result of actions on the site (see paragraph on cookies below).
Data submitted should not include sensitive personal data, such as government identifiers (such as social security numbers, driving licence numbers, or taxpayer identification numbers), full credit card or personal bank account numbers, medical records, or health care application information associated with individuals.
Purposes of processing and legal basis
The primary purpose of collecting personal data is to provide the visitor with a safe, optimal, efficient and personalized experience. To this end, the visitor agrees that the Publisher may use the personal data to:
- provide and facilitate the operation of the services, including conducting checks on visitors to do so
- resolve possible problems in order to improve the use of this site and the services offered;
- to personalise, evaluate and improve the services, content and documentation offered
- to analyse the volume and history of the use of the services;
- to inform the visitor about the services;
- comply with the legal and regulatory obligations of the Publisher.
For the Publisher’s newsletters, the Publisher processes personal data on the basis of the explicit consent given by the visitor to this effect.
Newsletter and marketing emails
An unsubscribe link is included in each newsletter and marketing email that the Publisher sends.
Visitors who have explicitly chosen to receive the Publisher’s newsletter can easily unsubscribe by following the unsubscribe links included in each of these emails.
The Publisher may analyze and track the various rates (e.g. clicks, opens and bounce rates) and the number of emails sent in order to measure the performance of email campaigns.
The Publisher may publish on its website a list of Clients and Testimonials including information about the clients’ names and titles. The Editor undertakes to obtain the permission of each client before publishing any testimonials on the site. If the client wishes to be removed from the list, he can send an e-mail to the Publisher.
Recipients of the data
The personal data concerning the visitor collected on the site is intended for the Editor’s own use and may be transmitted to subcontracting companies that the Editor may call upon in the context of the execution of its services. The Publisher ensures compliance with data protection requirements for all its subcontractors.
The Publisher does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
In addition, the Publisher does not disclose personal data to third parties unless (1) the visitor (or the visitor’s account administrator acting on the visitor’s behalf) requests or authorizes the disclosure; (2) the disclosure is required to process transactions or provide services that the visitor has requested; or (3) the Publisher is compelled to do so by a governmental authority or regulatory body, in response to a court order, subpoena, or other similar governmental or legal requirement, or to establish or defend a legal claim; or (4) the third party is acting as an agent or subcontractor of the Publisher in performing the Services.
Data protection rights
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the visitor has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning him/her, which he/she can exercise by sending an e-mail to the Publisher. Requests will be processed within 30 days. The Editor may request that the visitor making the request be accompanied by a photocopy of proof of identity or authority.
If the visitor chooses to refuse all cookies, his navigation may be reduced to access certain pages of the site. The cookies used by the Editor are intended to enable or facilitate communication, to enable the provision of services requested by users, to recognise users on a subsequent visit, to secure any payments that users may make, to record the language spoken by users or other preferences necessary for the provision of the requested service.
The Publisher also uses analytics and tracking tools to measure website and numerical data to gain customer insight, perform analysis on the browsing experience to improve content and send targeted advertisements.
By default, cookies are not automatically installed (with the exception of cookies necessary for the operation of the site and the Publisher’s services, the installation of which is indicated by a banner). In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Editor will require the visitor’s authorisation before installing any other type of cookie on the hard disk. In order to avoid any inconvenience caused by these systematic requests for authorisation and to enjoy uninterrupted browsing, the visitor may configure his computer to accept the Editor’s cookies or the Editor may memorise his refusal or acceptance of certain cookies. By default, browsers accept all cookies.
The data collected by this site via cookies is intended to be used for statistical purposes only.
The data collected includes the IP address as well as the browsing behaviour and tools on this site.
The data is kept for the maximum period allowed by the European Data Protection Regulation.
Place of data storage and transfers
The hosting servers on which the Publisher processes and stores the databases are exclusively located in France.
The Publisher undertakes to inform the visitor immediately, insofar as we are legally authorised to do so, in the event of a request from an administrative or judicial authority concerning your data.
Access to personal data
In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Publisher has set up a form allowing the extraction of personal data.
Within the framework of its services, the Publisher attaches the utmost importance to the security and integrity of the personal data of its customers and visitors.
Thus, and in accordance with the GDPR, the Publisher undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the data and in particular to protect them against any accidental or illicit destruction, accidental loss, alteration, distribution or unauthorised access, as well as against any other form of illicit processing or communication to unauthorised persons.
In addition, in order to avoid any unauthorized access, to ensure the accuracy and proper use of the data, the Publisher has put in place appropriate electronic, physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and preserve the data collected through its services.
Nevertheless, no one can consider being completely safe from a hacker attack. Therefore, in the event that a security breach affects the visitor, the Publisher undertakes to inform the visitor as soon as possible and to make its best efforts to take all possible measures to neutralise the intrusion and minimise its impact.
It should be kept in mind that any user, customer or hacker discovering a security breach and exploiting it may be subject to criminal sanctions and that the Editor will take all measures, including filing a complaint and/or taking legal action, to preserve the data and rights of its users and its own and to limit the impact as much as possible.
